I'm using this space to create new documentation on purchasing options. This is meant for the marketing site, so brevity & clarity is the challenge.

HOW TO PURCHASE

Choose a wallet
You must use a Polygon-enabled wallet to mint. Desktop experiences are best. We recommend using extensions like MetaMask or WalletConnect in the Chrome browser. Connecting any wallet other than those we have recommended may produce unpredictable results.

Mint with crypto
Sign up for a crypto account with a reputable, U.S.-based entity, such as Coinbase* or OKCoin*. You can complete KYC and AML verification using your state-issued ID and your smartphone, but the process can take a few days in some instances. You must have MORE THAN 25 MATIC to mint in order to cover transaction fees. Please reach out to us if you have any problems minting from our platform.

Buy with credit card
You can use your credit card to purchase one of our items on OpenSea. The price will eventually be set to 0.025 ETH, but you can make us an offer if you're looking for a deal. OpenSea has connected with MoonPay to enable credit card purchases. KYC and AML verification may still be necessary before purchase.

Download your crypto wallet (we can make the choice for them, maybe)
We recommend downloading the MetaMask extension in your chrome browser for desktop. Click here to download. Once you download you’re wallet, you’ll also want to connect it to the Polygon network. (link to poly scan so they can automatically add it to their wallets)

We can include questions that will take people to the FAQ with more in-depth responses if they want alternatives (can I do this from my phone?, can I use another browser?, can I use another wallet?)

Mint with crypto
There are a lot of places to purchase crypto, and it’s overwhelming. We’re here to help. If it’s your first time, we recommend okCoin. So you know what to expect, you’ll sign up, submit your KYC, and after a few days, you’ll be verified to withdraw your purchase. Purchase 30 matic (a little extra for gas (transaction) fees and future surprise Griot NFTs (or something?)) and send it to your wallet.
