Freeze after password entry on a wakeup login screen #849

What Happened?
Hi,
Me and my friend are new users for Elementary, and we have the same issue on laptop.
The issue happen when going out a power saving state, on an encrypted elementary installation.
How it manifest : when waking-up, we enter the password and press enter, then nothing happens and we cannot try again or clean the login area. Sometimes, we have access to the fast parameters and can reboot the system from there, and when it's worse, all we can is to long press the power button to shut down the laptop to power on again.
This is very hard for us, it can cause work loss due to unsaved project we are working on.
We have very different laptop, since mine is a Dell latitude with M2 and his is an Acer with HDD.
Did someone have the same issue ?

Steps to Reproduce
- resume my computer from sleep
- enter password
- the login agent froze instead of unlocking session or showing bad password

I would like to resume my session and pending work
