Explicitly discuss how to make tasks pool-mappable

A common pattern in loops is to build up a data structure by appending, extending, or incrementing it. This doesn't work with a parallel map. For learners new to parallelism this may seem like an insurmountable barrier to parallelisation; it would be good to have a concrete example on how to parallelise such cases.
