how do I make ecb use the output of exuberant ctags ?

From "Preferences -> supporting not-semantic sources" a customization buffer comes up

In it, the relevant variable seems to be

Ecb process non semantic files

But all there is to read is: 

"See also 'ecb-non-semantic-parsing-function' "

And how do I find that paragraph ?
