API -> missing method "create a tag" via API in documentation 

Hello,  
In Documentation for API part, in "Tag" section, I don´t find the method to "Create a TAG". 
In Tag section, we have "create a Facet" but not "create a Tag".
Does it means that is not possible to create tags via API?
