Description
Hi. I'm trying to get a WDL 1.0 file to pass the wdlTools linter. I cannot figure out what changes I need to make in order to pass rule P004.
This small reproduction passes wdltools check ... and has been formatted by wdltools format ...:
version 1.0
workflow lint_test {
input {
String message
}
call my_task {
input:
message = message
}
}
task my_task {
input {
String message
}
command <<<
printf 'The message is: %s\n' "~{message}"
>>>
output {
String formatted = stdout()
}
runtime {
docker: "debian:bullesye-slim"
}
}$ wdltools lint lint_test.wdl
