Wheel navigation with single click

• current mode, when we click somewhere it focuses the unit and fades everything else, and then to focus to another unit we need to do two clicks
• new mode, where only one click is needed. When you click on a a cell, then we spin to it right away and focus is noticeable by the solid lines. Everything else stays like it used to be:
  -- mouse over on another segement would show the solid lines
  -- clicking on a cell in a selected unit would still keep the solid line on all cells
