See if anything in Diesel 2.3.0 should be used.

This is low-priority, but it looks like HasQuery might be something we should use instead of the old way of doing things.

I'm labeling this as easy, because the goal would be the low hanging fruit. There's nothing that needs to be done, but it does make sense for me to read the 2.3.0 release (I stopped reading at HasQuery) and see what all is there.
