Migrate CryptID Native to our GMP fork

Brief

It should feel easy and natural to use GMP-LAWL-WASI as the GMP implementation behind CryptID.native.

Task

Create a basic Makefile for GMP-LAWL-WASI which can produce a shared library, which, in turn, can be linked against CryptID.native.
