Add zlogs with vms

VM logs are hard to get in case of failures so it would be better if the logs are pushed to a redis instance so we can inspect the logs easier.

(redis because tailstream supports only redis and a ws. maybe we should support another sink in tailstream)

WIP:

• updated tailstream and zlog package to support loki
• updated kubecloud to deploy vm with zlog and use multitenant to separate between app logs and vm logs in loki
• still testing with deploying on local node that use updated tailstream

• exposed loki on mycelium
• tested with deploying node from kubecloud on local zos node
