MIDI port names include the device index #531
Description
In 1.5.5.6, doing chuck --probe yields names like this:
[chuck]: ------( 16 MIDI outputs )----- [chuck]: [0] : "Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth 0" ...
This breaks finding devices by name.
In previous versions (at least 1.5.5.0) the name would just be "Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth".
