Constant Error for CIFAR dataset

Hello, I've received constant errors while trying to running this code with minimal edits. Do you have more information about the environment you created to run this code? More specifically, which version of the Python libraries that you use? It's seems that there are issues with checkpoints and best accuracy coming from the utils.py and utils/eval.py files.
