vimeo is not working for all browser

Hi guys, I already updated to the latest version, but it is still not working on all browser for the vimeo video, it is showing the 403 for the loading froogaloop2.min.js.

You can just try to play the demo video "KN1GHT - Last Moon", it could not play too.
