Getting fatal error

when activating the plugin I am getting this error

Here is the solution:

Edit wp-config.php

And set DB_CHARSET and DB_COLLATION like below

define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8mb4');

define('DB_COLLATE', 'utf8mb4_unicode_ci');
