[REQUEST] Use the logo uploaded as the favorite icon

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I upload the logo in the theme option but it is not used as the Favicon, darn it!

Use the logo as the favicon

Describe alternatives you've considered
Allow the user to upload a Favicon in a separate theme option field
use a plugin? https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/favicon-by-realfavicongenerator/

A solution could also look the the other related file types.
