When using a normalMap on a material that has an EffectEnvMapMethod the environment map will get shifted and "zoomed in".
In flash away versions, the existence of the normalMap does not affect the position or the size of the environment map

Away3D flash version, the normapMap on the right object does not effect the environment map:
