startplots fail #17
Description
The starting plots in the app don't work, Plots appear after a simulation has been run so it is not a problem with the app. I think the problem is that the plots stored in startplots are from an old version of ggplot2 and not compatible with ggplot2 v 4.01. This affects both the online shiny app and the app when downloaded from github.
If sim_startplots_Shiny.R, is run to recreate startplots, then the plots work again perfectly.
