better cli interface to set the defaul app #175
Description
Current arduino-app-cli properties set default
- get the app
arduino-app-cli properties get default - remove the default app
arduino-app-cli properties set default
Proposal
arduino-app-cli app default [app-name]
- if no app name it should return the default
- or set-default and get-default
