[Feature Request] Add “DeFi Positions o Yield AI” link to wallet overview in Aptos Explorer

🚀 Feature Request Description

Use case:
We’ve built Yield AI, a DeFi Dashboard and Portfolio Tracker on Aptos that allows users to view their DeFi positions and assets without connecting a wallet — just by entering an address.

Yield AI supports multiple protocols (Echelon, Aries, Auro, Amnis, Panora, etc.) and integrates Aptos Names for a smoother experience.

Currently, Aptos Explorer includes a link “DeFi positions on LightScan” for wallet analytics.
We’d like to propose adding an additional link: “DeFi positions on Yield AI”, giving users a choice of portfolio trackers within the Aptos ecosystem.

Problem / motivation:
Many users want deeper insights into their DeFi activity (staking, lending, liquidity pools, rewards, etc.) directly from Explorer.
While LightScan provides some data, Yield AI already covers a broader set of protocols and analytics.

✅ Expected Behavior

When viewing an account in Aptos Explorer, users would see an additional link:

DeFi positions on Yield AI

Clicking this link would open:

https://yieldai.app/portfolio/

This addition would enhance user experience by allowing wallet holders and explorers to see detailed yield farming and lending data instantly.

🧠 Additional Context

Reference: “DeFi positions on LightScan” link in the current Explorer.

Yield AI is live on mainnet and built fully on Aptos SDKs.

We believe this integration would support the Aptos ecosystem by providing users more tools to analyze and understand their on-chain DeFi activity.

Alternatives considered:
We explored API and extension-based integrations, but a direct Explorer link offers the simplest, most user-friendly approach.
