Location not recording

when i hit submit button, the response is not recording in the google sheet

I am trying it for my sheet and my settings... When I hit submit with html variable changed to ping my form variables and sheet it is just showing white dialogue box and nothing is getting captured

Yeah, this one is hard to diagnose since it relies on the google script. I would suggest looking also at firebase form collection, it's super easy to setup.
