Make test architecture

Summary

We want to go to a release structure with 2 environments (dev and production).
First merge the split docker issue and then do this issue.

DOD:

• Define test and software flowchart for new architecture (open and closed repo), check with team before building, include which tests need to be run when, how do we want to do releases, include that we want to be able to run tests in the cloud and on our own pcs.
• Build closed repo when needed
• Check whether we should internally contact people for Docker structure
• Create dev and production environment
• Define hardware needed for dev and production environment
• Install hardware for dev and production environment when needed
• Documentation up-to-date
• Tested
• Reviewed
