confusing license notes #162

Hello,
I was discussing this tool in an NGO context and I'm a bit confused by the License info → is it an Open Source Tool with Open License or not? in the README it says CC-BY-NC-SA but that would be in conflict with GPLv3 as well as the foreign Software Packages used as far as I can see.
