LED strips wont respond #132
Description
Recently my lightpack has stopped responding to prismatic. The software and the
computer detect that it is there and will function normally but there is not
result or lighting from the LED strips. It has worked great previously and the
issue has only just started. The blue LED on the lightpack is on but not one of
the LED strips function. I have uninstalled and re installed prismatic and
ensured luminosity levels are on full.I currently use windows 7. Has anybody
else experienced this problem ?
