Screen Grabbing Not working #128
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running an Elgato HD screen capture with PS3.
2. Running a straight connection from my PC to the TV
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Clear lights with no color change as in the TV display
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.11 on Windows 7 Professional
Do not have an ATI/AMD
I have a Radeon
Please provide any additional information below.
My color change appears to not be working. The mood lamp barely displays a
change in color. When I change it to the screen grabbing nothing occurs. It
stays white. I have changed various setting to no improvement or change. I
have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Tried going to 5.9.6 version it
does not connect at all.
