Use OpenID Connect (OIDC) for Firebase App Distribution

In #955 we introduce a new org-level secret called ASSET_TRACKING_SDKS_GSERVICEACCOUNT_PRIVATE_KEY_JSON which contains the private key for the Google IAM Service Account required to easily authorise with Firebase App Distribution to upload apk files for AAT testers to use the example apps.

There is a better way which we should pursue, which I expect will require support from our infrastructure team.
