Rxyy was lagging and lost his army while in lag, so I called an exit vote; the threshold for exiting in a 3v3 should be at least 4 players. Presumably because I called the vote while Rxyy was in lag, the threshold was unexpectedly only 3 players, and Rxyy came out of lag shortly after the vote, so we were able to exit with only votes from our team, which shouldn't be possible.
