grunt: only run browserify if needed #216
Description
When running the build task, the browserify task is run, even when there are no files that it needs to run over. This results in an error that causes the build to stop:
>> No "browserify" targets found.
Warning: Task "browserify" failed. Use --force to continue.
Aborted due to warnings.
Process finished with exit code 3
This might happen as part of the watch task as well.
