(I'm trying to sync the projects a bit, and getting Invalid message received in the python_gateway_addon which stops addons from working. My version of the Python gateway addon does use a newer version of IPC, that might also be it)

Hi @flatsiedatsie, long time no see!

Good spot on the typo, and a PR would be welcome, but it doesn't seem like it's the cause of the bug. This method is only called in one place, where it is also mispelt. loadThingInWotAdapter() doesn't appear anywhere as far as I can tell.
