[WISE Bug]: Wrong .zip file name in the assets of WISE_Manager releases #199

What happened?
The name of the zip file under the Assets tab in the releases of WISE_Manager is not properly constructed. As an example, for version 1.0.6-beta.5, the name of the .zip file is currently WISE_Manager-0.6.beta.5.zip. It should actually be WISE_Manager-1.0.6-beta.5 according to the naming pattern of the other WISE modules. The major version is missing and there should be a dash instead of a period between 6 and beta.
