Allow using SExtractor as a centroiding stage #121
Description
Eg, a centroid algorithm that actually just defers the work to SExtractor. Can be useful when running on a more powerful computer, because SExtractor has SoTA centroiding accuracy I believe. Then LOST is essentially just being used for start-id and attitude estimation.
