Welsh seems like good place to start as it is one of the better known UK languages.

Do we have a list of languages and the priorities for them?

We're based in Wales, so along with Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, and Machspace, Welsh would probably be useful for us, but we're also clearly biased! 🐉
