Microsoft.TeamFoundation.TestManagement.Client not found

Namespace Microsoft.TeamFoundation.TestManagement.Client not found, downloading package from Arthur Mazza doesn't help.

i was able to build by installing visual studio 2013 on a server that already has the Microsoft Test Manager 2017 installed.

appears to almost be working, looks like i need to have excel installed on the server, i.e.:

        _app = new ExcelApplication();

installed excel, now it's working, except when you hit extract it takes a while to extract all the scripts and the window just keeps spinning like it's hung up, generates an xlsx file though if wait long enough. This would be much easier if the compiled binary was available for download.
