OS X provides limited support for SCSI/ATA via IOKit. We can implement support for IDENTIFY, INQUIRY (maybe), and SMART-related commands.

  • get_all_devices support
  • SCSI/ATA support
  • NVMe support (difficult, don't have access to an NVMe macbook)
