99.4% CPU usage on Server and Client

I'm running both server and client in a headless configuration and they both seem to run at 99% CPU usage. Why hasn't anyone reported this? And what could be causing such overhead? I'm on MacOS ARM64 but it's probably the same for windows and linux.

After some debugging using valgrind and perf I was able to find the bottleneck in void Application::Run() where the thread doesn't sleep unless you specify a value. In my case I just did

std::this_thread::sleep_for(std::chrono::milliseconds(500));

It looks like you need to add this line:

spec.SleepDuration = 500;

To both ClientApp.cpp and ServerApp.cpp in order to achieve that effect. That should fix it without needed to modify the upstream Walnut repository. However, I haven't seen any activity or responses to other PRs or issues since the last update about 10 months ago so I am not sure if this repo will have any activity on it.
