What happened?

The new Chicken, Pig and Cow textures are invisible on the stats screen

Thanks for the bug report. I'll leave it here so it can be kept track of.

The way the rendering is set up right now is that this mod is actually using the game's native code to render mobs on the GUI, aka that feature that renders your player in your inventory, but instead being used to render other mobs.
I suppose that feature doesn't properly support all mobs, as it was only ever designed to render players. Other than that feature, I don't really have my own entity rendering implementation, so this issue will likely remain for a while.
