Add guides for other subteams #12

I think a lot of the other subteams could benefit just as much from a set of written guides and walkthroughs. The first one that comes to mind is the electrical team in terms of the Driver Station. I'm sure design team and mechanical team also have some info they could post. When I took the robotics elective, I remember Kyle made some tutorial videos for something with the CNC. This website is a good place to put things like that. Programming would just be one of the subsections (I know, I know, you just wanted something for yourself for once).
