[Bug/Assistance]os任务进度一直为0

Describe the bug
main分支，按照readme的步骤拉起来docker服务后，执行"python -m src.client.agent_test --config configs/agents/api_agents.yaml --agent vllm-14b"正常对话。下一步执行python -m src.assigne没有进度，agent也没有调通。结果如下：

worker["status"] 和 WorkerStatus.ALIVE.name 的类型不一致，做下兼容就行
