Could not find a declaration file for module 'picomatch'

In my project (using webpack plugins that depend on this package):

It seems related to the 6.5.0 version of fdir that added support for @types/picomatch, and the fact that tinyglobby does not have @types/picomatch as a dependency.

this is an issue with fdir so i suppose it's more of an upstream issue? i could add @types/picomatch here as a depedency but it would add 17.6kb to the install size for an issue very few users have, which can be solved in other ways such as:

• enabling skipLibCheck in your tsconfig.json which is recommended for most projects due to faster typechecking times
• installing @types/picomatch as a dev dependency in your projects
• opening an issue in fdir or pr'ing a fix there
• pr'ing built-in type declarations to picomatch and hoping the maintainers ever take a look at it

i wish i could fix this myself by pr'ing the types to picomatch as it would be the best way to solve the issue, but sadly picomatch's maintainers haven't been active in a long time

The issue is that fdir has picomatch as an optional dependency, so they cannot add the types in anything more than an optional dependency as well.

Regarding skipLibCheck, I don't agree that it's a recommended setting as that erases some of the typings from those libraries (basically acting as "any").

I actually went with adding @types/picomatch to my direct dependency but it seems wrong. It did work though.
