eLife Sprint 2020 project similar to mark2cure

At this year's eLife Sprint, next week (Sep 2-3) I'll be working on a project very similar to mark2cure!

The idea is to annotate biomedical text with Wikidata QIDs. If someone wants to help, or just see what is going on, our repository is https://github.com/lubianat/annotate_them_all.

Thanks for your question at the ISCB special session. This is exciting news--using Wikidata for normalization was definitely a direction we wanted to go!
