Add nonlinear behaviour to RelConnectsStructuralMember

SAF does not support nonlinear constraints type.
Please add a nonlinear enum option with reference to the nonlinear curve.

Before it is done, can you check the possibility of not blocking SAF export from the SCIA Engineer?
