Add documentation to SDJobRunner #148

Description
The new SDJobRunner object is lacking in documentation. As more users begin interacting with this class, having docstrings and examples will be increasingly important. Ideally, a person will be able to read the docstrings and learn everything they need in order to use the package successfully, without needing to ask anyone for clarification.
