Interface SpikeInterface and bombcell

• Implement missing metrics (see this PR as a template for a new metric addition: Add waveform PTP metric #4266)
• Refactor template metrics (better way to find peaks!): bombcell code
• Port bombcell rules into curation module: e.g.: sc.auto_label_bombcell(analyzer): bombcell code
• Extend SpikeInterface GUI for better assessment of unit classification quality (similar to UnitRefine GUI)
• Generate output summary plots (including for non bombcell metrics) (e.g.: histograms, Upset plots)? Extend on SpikeInterface report?
