Selecting a Masterplan, some claims show `Unknown` for the `applicant.fullName`

When selecting some Masterplans, the Claims tab shows Unknown for the applicant.fullName in some of the claims.

We may need to improve the API services to improve performance too.

Fixed changing API using Postgres driver and plain Sql (NOT Prisma) for joins and queries.

Currently fixed in dev. Need to move to branch main.
