i want to change the color

instead of black i use #0A0A10, how can i change it?

i downloaded it, which css files do i need to change? basically i want to change all background colors to #0A0A10

while im at it i also wanna get rid of the white outlines UNDER inactive tabs, kind of just like highlighted square of the one thats active (minus bottom bar of the square) and inactive ones none
