Optional rule to not save ended session recordings that has no bookmarks. #78
Description
With the amazing bookmark feature Segra has, we should take advantage of it. I think it'd be a great idea to implement this as an optional rule for selected games (user selected of course). When games are added to this rule, Segra won't save the session recordings of the selected games that have no bookmarks on them.
My main use case is that I play a lot of Valorant and most session recordings aren't worth saving at all. But the ones that are worth saving will definitely have a bookmark on them, so those will still get saved while the rest won't. This would save a lot of disk space.
