mambaforge: why not in the 'main' bucket?

I have read https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Scoop/wiki/Criteria-for-including-apps-in-the-main-bucket, but I still don't understand why mambaforge not in the 'main' bucket?

• it's well-known and widely used(8.5k star)
• its installtion is standard(https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Extras/blob/master/bucket/mambaforge.json)
• it don't have GUI

I want to know the reason why mambaforge is not in the main bucket but in the extra bucket.

Okay, I've gradually come to accept it. Even something as famous as lazygit are in the extra bucket instead of the main bucket. Perhaps this is a legacy issue that can't be changed for backward compatibility :(
