Local Directory Config

It would be great it sslmate used the local directory as the primary fallback config candidate.

eg order:

1. ./sslmate.conf
2. ~/.sslmate
3. /etc/sslmate.conf

That way all certificates created in a particular directory could be managed by a discreet config. Also makes it easier to share config + certs with others.
