Not Showing online players across sectors after Windows 11 reinstall

This could potentially be a networking related matter but i have no idea in regard to that. i have tries reinstalling the plugin and SE to no avail, i even removed all files with the name 'Nexus' in it to attempt a fresh install. Any advice would be appreciated, as i dont know the last thing about coding etc.
