[BUG] Improve "View task" visibility on Subtask's summary

"View task" on Subtask's summary is barely distinguishable from the wall of text that is the description or summary of the Subtask. It's visibility should be improved.

Context (who is affected and when)

Users wanting to navigate to a Subtask from its Parent task.

Reproduction steps

1. Have a session with Parent task and subtasks
2. Navigate to Parent task's view
3. Search for the bottom of any subtask
4. Locate "View task" button

Expected result

The "View task" button is easily distinguishable from other text

Actual result

The "View task" button looks like just another line of subtask summary

I've analyzed this issue and here's my proposed implementation plan:

Problem Identified:
The "View task" button in webview-ui/src/components/chat/ChatRow.tsx (lines 863-870 and 1022-1030) uses text-vscode-descriptionForeground styling which makes it appear as muted secondary text, blending in with the subtask summary.

Proposed Solution:
Style the "View task" button to look like a proper interactive element while maintaining visual consistency with the VSCode theme:

1. Change the text color from text-vscode-descriptionForeground to text-vscode-textLink-foreground (the standard link color in VSCode themes)
2. Add an underline by default (not just on hover) to indicate it's clickable
3. Keep the existing hover effect for feedback
4. Optionally add a subtle border or background to make it more button-like

Files to modify:

• webview-ui/src/components/chat/ChatRow.tsx - Update button styling at lines 863-870 and 1022-1030
