Structured Archive Maker standalone / site update

Please make a standalone compile for Structured Archive Maker, and update the Trrntzip.net site with it.

(As it stands, the Trrntzip.net site shows the now-old version, with no mention (on THAT site) of it moving into/being maintained within RomVault. - if nothing else, at least note that there...)
